I loved the central location next to cevahir mall and osmanbey metro station, making it easy to move around freely. The beds were super comfy and the shower was big and powerful. The staff, especially Usman at reception, were friendly and helpful, giving great recommendations and directions.

The staff was helpful and knowledgeable, providing useful information and contacts for tourist activities. The rooms were cleaned daily and had enough space for two people. the location and helpfulness of the staff were the best aspects of the hotel.
The breakfast options were limited and minimal, not providing many choices for a fulfilling meal. there were some problems with the toiletries, as shampoo was not provided consistently.
